Classroom Assistant – Tilsworth Montessori School, Tilsworth, nr Leighton Buzzard - 18 October 2019 +

Salary:    Dependant on qualification
Hours:    9.15am - 12.45pm, 3 mornings a week. This could change depending on ratios. (Maybe required for an extra 1 - 2 hours a week to cover lunch club)

Tilsworth Montessori school are looking to recruit a Classroom Assistant to join our small (maximum 20 children), caring environment, providing high quality early years childcare and education to help each child reach their full potential.

We are looking for an Early Years practitioner to work within our small, friendly team who can meet the needs of individual children from different cultures, religious backgrounds and stages of development.

The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of the EYFS framework and ideally have some understanding of the Montessori philosophy. Willingness to train is key, along with being comfortable working under their own initiative.

We are looking for a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3 but we may consider NVQ Level 2 with experience in Early years.
